2. Ben: Two or more delivery options outlined, each of which provides at least 50 percent of the original business case for the release

3. Jim: Two or more recommendations for improving team performance

4. Jim: Measures for gauging improvement in team performance

5. Jim: Facilitation of questions and answers; team and Jim answer as appropriate

6. Patrick and Cassandra: Wrap-up
