Installing a ~100kb file on your product (that’s less data than this article!) is the entry point to the iConvert world. From this one little file, we start learning from non-logged in customers every move, mouse movements, clicks, phone scrolls, page history and so much more.

This data is no good to anyone stored on your soon-to-be new player’s computer, for that reason, the shipping of this valuable data is asynchronously sent to the iConvert Event Services where we begin to process the data.

i. Asynchronously means that the player’s web browser simply fires the data event to iConvert (eg: a page load) and forgets it immediately, meaning your crucial website speed is not hindered by iConvert processing the event. Fire and forget!

Everything from this point is carried out by our server-side applications at no cost to your player’s load time and browsing experience.
