you can go extramile by droping your documents in person

this is the article for job hunters anyone cannot give you a job if you want a job go and snatch it by going extramile. we can go extra mile by going to meet recruiter personally and drop documents in his office.This will show our passion to company.

Today i go for in person drop. Here i will share with you my experiences.I learn from this activity is that its really helpful because it give us edge, before interview we meet the recruiter and he knows us and think we are very passionate to work with him.

To go extramile is not easy its a very difficult task. I also face a lot of challenges while going to in person drop. I didnot have any vehicle to travell its very difficult to wanderring on road at noon. other problem which i faced i had to wait for the recruiter a very long time. so, going extramile is not easy.

before going to inperson drop your documents call PA of the manager ask about his availability in office if possible fix a appointment.

be punctual

arrange a personal vehicle for you

prepare mentally and think what you will talk with him.
