Inner Rumblings

Do you feel there is a lot to communicate and yet it doesnot come out and even if comes out of you, it does not exactly represent your thought process?

It happens to me with happens more often than not. Being an introvert, it hurts me more often than not. As you know, communicating is a part of our being. Communication can be a spoken word, something written, a simple smile or a wink of an eye and just a look. It varies and depends on the situation and the target of your communication.

We tend to believe communication is something between a person and his or her external world. This is partly true. However, even before we communicate with our fellow beings, how many of us communicate with self. How often do we speak to ourselves? Only when we do it with regularity, do we really tend to understand our own selves. And when we know more about ourselves, that clarity shows in our communication with the world. All that noise, which was modulating your original thought will go away. It may sound like a magic, but life is a magic and we only need to realise it.

Things like meditation or intensive sports or any other activity that makes you lose yourselves are things that make our make our minds clear and know ourselves better and in turn own the world better and live a more cohesive life.

Thanks for reading.
